Please allow me to acquaint my firm with you. At this present time, we offer all types of surveying, specializing in construction layout staking (residential, commercial and roadway improvements), while also performing land surveys of existing lots, parcels and acreages of all sizes for dividing, combining and creating new lots and parcels. We provide new legal descriptions for insufficient or outdated deeds, flood elevation surveys, ALTA surveys and topographic surveys for new design. I have been surveying in the Greater Dayton area since 1981, when my former employer, partner and friend Tom McDougall gave me the opportunity to start surveying in Ohio.

Over the past thirty-three plus years, I consider myself extremely fortunate to have worked with so many diversified clients and projects. We have offered great service, at reasonable rates and at the timing and schedule that meets the needs of our clients. Our personnel here at McDougall-Marsh are seasoned field surveyors, with our crew chiefs having been with us for an average of 20 years and with over fifty years of total experience. I am supported in the office by quality Survey Tech/Cad Operators whom have been with our firm for 29 years.

Our company name serves two purposes. One, it is to allow those clients that may have worked with us in the past, to find us again in the future. You may have worked with us as McDougall Associates 1985-2002, or as McDougall, Marsh & Chico from 2002-2007. Secondly, it’s also a name that is synonymous with Quality Surveying by Quality People.
